Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise – Manage a team of case processing officers, providing guidance and support for client interactions and case management and also handle escalations.

• Drive Business Growth – Identify new programs, build client relationships, and develop compelling proposals.

• Immigration Expertise – Act as the go-to expert on immigration processes, visa categories, and documentation requirements.

• Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth immigration processing.

• Application Management – Oversee visa applications, petitions, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Issue Resolution – Monitor case statuses and proactively resolve any issues or delays.

• Regulatory Updates – Stay informed on immigration laws and adjust internal processes accordingly.

• Team Training – Conduct brainstorm sessions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency in immigration procedures.

• Performance Analysis – Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate immigration operations and sales efforts.

• Client Satisfaction – Address escalated client inquiries promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Experience- Minimum of 2 years in immigration consulting or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.

• Leadership Skills- Proven managerial or supervisory experience with effective team management abilities.

• Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.

• Organizational Skills- Detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-Solving- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex immigration cases.
• Technical Proficiency- Familiarity with immigration case management systems and software tools.
• Education- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Language Skills- English, Arabic, Hindi
